When I initially moved into the complex almost two years ago, there were great amenities & most importantly, leasing agents who actually enjoyed their job. Now the only thing that has consistently gone up is the rent. The icing on the cake was seeing regular visits by patrol cars - not sure if it's a domestic issue or noise complaint but it doesn't bode well.

The outdoor areas are landscaped and it is in a very pleasant, convenient area. I have never had issues with noise or neighbors, and the office staff is extremely friendly and nice. They have events for the residents, which is also appreciated, and they like to keep everyone in the loop about any goings on around the complex. Of course I wish my rent was lower, but who doesn't? Overall a good value for what I pay, I think. Just recently moved out and to be completely honest, you can find a better place for your money.

Customer service with their management staff is poor and there are several issues in the general area.

People constantly missing packages we personally had someone enter own patio and stole our wedding gifts. Called and report to the sheriff who said management had it handled. Called the front office and they said they knew who and we asked for our gifts back or to have them buy new ones to just be brushed off. Went through three managers while living there each just as bad as the last.
